[Terms & Conditions of Order & Delivery]

(1) Delivery services are available within Macau SAR only. A valid Macau or PRC mobile number is required. (PRC mobile numbers will be contacted via WeChat only.) Orders may be cancelled if the contact number provided is unreachable. If you prefer not to place your order through our online shop, please contact us via:

(2) Payment Methods: Bank of China (BOC) transfer or Cash on Delivery.

(3) Free delivery is available for orders of MOP 500 or above to Macau Peninsula, Taipa, and Seac Pai Van (Coloane). For Orders below MOP 500, delivery to Coloane (excluding Seac Pai Van), University of Macau (Hengqin), a delivery fee of MOP 50 will be charged. Assembly and installation services are not included.

(4) All delivered items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable unless manufacturing defects are reported within 7 days from the date of delivery.

(5) All prices are subject to the store’s POS system.

(6) The company reserves the right of final interpretation of these terms and conditions.
